Rust. Ick.

On a sunny day, this place is my *secret weapon* for finding fabulous vintage loot.

And it’s why I keep heavy duty gloves and junkin’ boots in my car.

Despite all the potential tetanus lurking out there, it’s well worth it.

Hope you’re having a great week so far!

  15. Shelley & Lisa: At the moment my garage looks very similar to the photos on this post ... I'll put on my hardhat and go out there to take some photos of what I found and report back. :-)

  19. Okay, I've had my tetanus shot in the last year (for obvious junkin' reasons, of course.) What kind of place is this? I'd love to be able to search for a similar place near me. If you don't mind sharing your secret! Just shoot me an email... :)

  20. Although the previous owners of our property were kind enough to leave us our own personal junkyard on the back 40, it does not hold nearly as much promise as this one. I think property-wise that is a good thing, but junk-wise not so much.
